Individual and institutional learning activities are carried out in different formats and environments. There are a number of studies that have been carried out in both face-to-face and e-learning environments. On the other hand, they are often limited to the systems of National Education and Higher Education. New approaches are designed by reorganizing e-learning and face-to-face learning practices in different ways for school and out-of-school learning, especially adult learning. Effective learning activities might be planned by designing differentiated approaches for learners by taking their individual learning styles and strategies into consideration. Therefore, we offer assistance and consultancy services focusing on how individuals and institutions might benefit from face-to-face and e-learning environments as effectively as possible according to their needs, facilities and learning goals.
