Individuals and institutions to seek for novelty in educational issues might want to transform themselves in a way suitable for future developments by distinguishing themselves from others through education so that they can adopt an innovative and creative point of view. To achieve this purpose, educational practices should also be innovative and creative because individuals can be equipped with knowledge and skills they will apply in their future career only through education.
